Agreement Overview

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and AcquiMerge LLP governing your access to and use of our Platform and Services.

By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Grant of License

AcquiMerge grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for your internal business purposes. You may not:

• Resell or redistribute the Platform
• Reverse engineer or replicate any part of it
• Use it for unauthorized purposes
• Bypass security or access control systems

Eligibility

You must be 18+ and legally authorized. You're responsible for your account’s accuracy and security.

User Data and Confidentiality

• You own or are authorized to submit the data
• You agree to honor confidentiality and NDAs
• You must not misuse or disclose platform information

Use Restrictions

• No misleading or fraudulent content
• No disruption or unauthorized access
• No uploading of viruses or malicious scripts

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property remains the property of AcquiMerge LLP. Do not copy, alter, or reuse platform content without permission.

Disclaimers

• The Platform is provided "as is"
• No guarantee of outcomes for deals or negotiations
• Users are responsible for their decisions and due diligence

Limitation of Liability

• No liability for indirect or incidental damages
• No liability for lost data or business opportunities
• Liability is limited to the fees paid in the last 12 months

Compliance and Legal Use

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including:

• India: IT Act & SPDI Rules
• USA: CCPA, AML, SEC
• EU: GDPR

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for:

• Violation of this EULA
• Suspicious or unauthorized activity
• Legal or regulatory issues

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

• India: For Indian/Asian users
• USA (Delaware): For North American users
• Ireland: For EU/UK users

Disputes may be resolved through arbitration or courts based on your region.

Modifications

We may update this EULA anytime. Important changes will be shared via the Platform or email. Continued use means acceptance.
